to eBay or not to eBay…….
Today. I think you would be hard pressed to find someone who owns a computer, has been on the Internet, and has never heard of eBay. I myself have been on ebay for nearly ten years buying and selling all kinds of products. I have enjoyed quite a bit of success and am currently a silver power seller with over 1600 feedbacks and a 100% positive rating. I have built my business selling tangible goods (ie. physical items that must be purchased, transported, inventoried, and shipped) and have wondered many times if I can take the formula that has brought me success in selling physical goods and apply it to the selling of digital products. I have over 35 years experience in sales and customer service, and through the years have learned many lessons about dealing with people. I think these lessons are universal and do not change regardless of what type of product you are selling. In general people want to be respected and want to know that you are genuine and that the product you are offering is a legitimate product. The world today is full of scheisters who will steal your last dime without a drop of remorse. Fortunately, there are also good people who will strive to run their lives and their businesses in a manner that benefits others, and I do my best to be one of those.
Hi RP,
I like your sentiments about running your life and business in a way that benefits others too, I’m from the same school of thought. I’m a big fan of good customer service too, hopefully we’re not a dying breed.
I’ve subscribed to your blog and look forward to reading your future posts.
cheers

Hi, RP good looking blog my own has lots of eBay related posts; my area of eBay is in the health and beauty market where I have power seller status. I also sell other items from a separate identity. Just stating to do the round robin of other blogs to see the ones that most closely match mine and make a post on each. Please feel free to drop by and have a look and maybe make a comment.
Cheers
Rob
